Blog 10: Tied With a Rock

Jack and his wild Hunters crammed us in a small tight area with no where to move. It was getting dark and we could start to feel the ocean breeze getting stringer and stronger. We were breathing quite heavily and we tried many times to stretch our legs and arms out, but there was no room. It was also very uncomfortable under the sharp rocks digging into our bare backs. They treated us like we were the wild pig they were trying to trap and eat themselves.
"You okay over there?"
"I think so-"
"I'm Just kinda -"
"In an awkward position?.."
"We both new he would give them back....especially if it was Piggy. So, it was a dumb idea to go over there and try to ask Jack for the glasses back. Instead of getting more people, we lost people. The Hunters are Batty.... poor Piggy and Ralph... -"
"no one there to help him-"
"Not even us..." We began to quiver at the thought of being here. We felt like prisoners who went to jail for not even doing a crime. How could Jack do this to us?"
Ralph is the rightful leader. He would never do anything to us like this. And he actually has order and is very organized. We really feel bad for Ralph, because if everyone leaves him, then he loses all his hope of getting rescued. If we don't live, we think he deserves to live.
"I'm nervous and frightened-"
"Me too, and I want mum."
"I don't wanna join Jack's dumb group-"
"I think I'd rather stay here and die than join his batty Hunters."
"Jack is a horrible person and I hate him-"
"Yeah, and if we don't join his group, then he will beat us down and cut us with his sharp spear."
We both closed are eyes and thought of a happy place. Like in the summer at the community pool. The water here just isn't the same in the pool. We both missed the pool terribly.
It is certainly easy to believe that there is no way out. At first it was just fun and games but now it was serious and no joking around. People are dying day after day and it is absolutely dreadful. We are afraid that next it could possibly us.
Piggy's death was no accident. That was all Jack and his stupid Hunters!
We still had nightmares of Piggy, laying on the ground, 40 feet down with his brains squeezing out and Simon screaming and crying as we attacked him after the terrifying dance.

We can't deny that it was us that murdered Simon just like Jack can't deny he murdered Piggy. It was on purpose and everyone knows it.
We could tell the day we first spotted our eyes on Jack Merridow, and we dint even want him to be the leader then. We just wanted to have fun at school singing the talented choir.
We were both thinking what all of them were going to do to us tomorow. We simply does off into night night time and gently closed our eyes. Both hoping that is wanst our last day living and loving life.

I liked how you described Samneric's thoughts here.
We felt like prisoners who went to jail for not even doing a crime. How could Jack do this to us?"
It realy shows how they are being treated and what they think of it.

Maybe you add a bit about The conversation in the morning, why Piggy thinks Jack will give back the glasses, do they agree with Piggy?
